Our home after the storm, We are thanking God for his grace

We just went through a storm here in our town. We had several trees come down on us.. Well you know we have been planning on moving for some time now. I guess that will be put off for a while now. Here are a few photos of our house after the storm.. Whewwwww what a day.

I am so sorry to hear about your storm! How frightening! Do you have a basement? Thank goodness it didn't level the whole thing! God is good and there is a reason that tree fell just as it did; as with everything it could have been much worse! I am glad you are safe.

In prayers,
C. C.

Sheila, Thankfully you were not hurt but your poor house! I hope you are able to have it repaired asap, the storm certainly caused much damage.
I hope dealing with the insurance co..goes smoothly.

Hi Sheila, I hope things are on the up-swing at your place, no more storms. Thanks for the kind comments on my coverlet. I will probably use it in my back yard studio,( I haven't decided if I am using my new little house for a studio or a tea house.)At any rate it is promised to one of my girl friends if I tire of it. :) Take care.

Sheila, I'm so glad you are ok after that storm! Such power in those storms to take down trees and devastate property, you are so blessed to be alive.
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a note. We are just north of Dallas, a bit far from Baytown.
But who knows...one of these days.
I'm enjoying looking through your blog! Love it all...too many to list. You're having a good time and collecting some beautiful items!
